Liquidation

If the Health Factor drops below 1.00, the protocol begins a partial liquidation, selling just enough collateral to bring the position back to a safe state. A 5% liquidation fee is applied to the collateral sold, which is low compared to typical DeFi standards of 10% to 15%. The goal is to keep your position alive whenever possible rather than wipe it out at the first drawdown.
